This program is meant to increase a young person’s potential through wholesome activities that emphasize on Teamwork, Leadership, Becoming a Responsible Citizen, Making Good Choices, Patriotism, and Community Service. It is considered the nation's signature youth program and has proven to be successful across America.
Future First Responders of America (F.F.R.O.A.) is a nationwide non-profit premiere youth organization that teaches youth about being a First Responder of all types.
Our youth thrive because not only are they taught about being a first responder, but they are also given guidance, mentorship, life skills, and vision to transition into their young adult life.
LEOCode4, the parent company of F.F.R.O.A. is the sole funding source of the youth program. Their volunteers work for donations with 100% of the proceeds going F.F.R.O.A. It provides the ability to support the units across the country and provide each and every recruit and Cadet what they need to successfully complete the year-round program.
Our entire focus is on youth. With that, their futures benefit from obtaining skills as well as learning how to be productive citizens of this country. Unit leaders teach integrity, commitment, teamwork, leadership, stewardship, and patriotism in a first responder paramilitary style environment. Youth are provided structure and respect for their hard work.
